What clothing becomes available at level 4 synthesis?

I've asked a similar question, but this one has just popped into my mind. The only things I really need is a small list of the clothing that will/can become available when your current clothing reaches level 4. Please could you include the following; weapon, armor, helmet and wings. This really isn't a useless topic in my opinion, because I'm a woman. Sue me.

Blonde wig is frome lvl 2 or 3 dont remember when i got it.
Luxurious i got this one when i lvl my armor to lvl 6 sometimes before a lvl dont remember what lvls.

Emperor are max level clothing.
Apollo set I am not sure of, though I have heard people of synthesizing it near lvl 5-6. I thought it was only for the Hall Of Fame event.

emperor set is got by having lvl 9 cloak , and full apollo set is got from september hall of fame for 105k br

The "new" HoF that was posted about previously had the clothing @110k br, so if we do get the same event CN had, good guideline of where you want your BR around.

Do you get multiple rewards?? For instance if you are 90K plus do you get rewards for 85k and 90k??
