Do anyone Know the description of Level 7,8,9 of Chaos rune ?

Level 7 Deals 100% damage, target has 65% chance to hit allies. Last 2 turns , usage 2, level required ? (lvl 6 level required is 62)
Level 8 Deals 100% damage, target has 70% chance to hit allies. Last 3 turns , usage 2, level required 74
Level 9 Deals 100% damage, target has 75% chance to hit allies. Last 3 turns , usage 2, level required 77

I still wonder if the "% chance to hit allies" is a typo or not...

Cause of the other thread a few weeks back saying it should be "% chance to cast on target"

and the "% chance to hit allies" is fixed at 50% no matter the rune's level.

Because is a double chance rune. First a roll is made to determine a successful land on target, then another roll is made to determine a successful proc. You will see alot of times chaos rune debuff on target but sometimes the target will hit his party, sometimes will not, even if the rune icon debuff is above his head.
If the rune fails to land, the icon debuff will not appear.
