You`re saying it like R2 runs perfectly with no bugs whatsoever . Now back to topic, this is not moderators fault, its of those so called programmers/scripters/IT specialists that are behing their computers trying to make this game running better, and when i say trying i think i`m mistaking because its a big fail for them.. but everyone deserves a chance. Bottom line, stop blaming a moderator for your issues, blame those guys that i mentioned above, be happy a mod answers your thread and tries to help you.

3: specifically on spire, people often didnt realized they didnt use their attempt before it ends. i have a clumsy teammate that forgot to use attempt at least once a week on spire or mp dungeon. (mostly because we done tok/nirvana before spire so the check box unchecked automatically).

No, I'm not kidding. Like I said, what do you expect me to do? I have nothing to do with in game issues. Meaning mods can't fix this. So if you want it looked into, filing a ticket is the only way to go.

you have a link to the devs. You atleast TALK to them from time to time. why not just tell them about IMPORTANT issues like this. i admit u cant tell them ALL the complaints but maybe the important ones? like bugged spire chest and xp

And i didnt said you`re saying something about R2, You`re saying it like R2 runs perfectly with no bugs whatsoever, and yeah i know some forget to use attempt after helping someone else, happend to me also because i didnt noticed i havent clicked "Use attempt rewards" but thats once in a month when it happens, and have to agree with you on 2nd point.

Just re enter solo and die asap, you still get the chests and exp for the level he reached with the team.

hmm, never tried it before. will try next time if she missed it again.
luckily if it's mp dungeon, we can see the system announcement if we used the attempt or not. but that is not the case with spire, you have no notification about it and you only know after you finished spire.

Totally agree with Arlad.. sometimes i forgot to use attempts and lost my boxes. clumsy ;-)
