do i have to complete the quests before activateing iris cause i collected 60 essence and its not activateing i need an answer asap cause im loseing it right now

get out of atoll and exchange the 60 sylph essences at "sylph exchange" to get iris seal. then double click on the seal to get the sylph. look for "sylph exchange" in map after you come out of atoll

Check if you have a quest active that you need. Visit wandering traveler or something. I think it was definitely quest related.

If after all the advises you've been given and yet your sylph isn't activating, You should contact the customer care(by sending R2 a ticket regarding your issue.)

Remember, you have to clear your cookies, caches and flash files.
