I collected around 20 red roses and I choose kyanite and mount training whips and gold. I received gold and kyanite instantly but still didn't receive training whips? is something wrong or will I get it after the event or something? Help please.

Something is wrong you should get those items right away file a ticket

As the poster above me stated, I would recommend you file a ticket. All items exchanged should instantly be transferred to your inventory. Unless you have an incorrect number of roses and did not actually purchase the Mount Training Whips when you thought you did, then filing a ticket is the best solution.
