Hp pots

i finally almost ran out of hp .. was in a dungeon a window opened showing me that i could buy hp pot with gold i click ...but dont know if that done anything because see peeps are really in a rush in dungeons anyway wanted to know what was that window ..if i can buy hp this way or using guild shop
any idea for hp pots will be awesome ty
