What Astrals Strategy

What astrals strategy should I use. Should I sell green and below and use blue for exp OR sell blue and below and try to get the high good ones?

If you want exp - sell nothing
If you want star points - sell green
If you want to waste gold - sell everything

If i was to say one of those....i would say sell greens and below
