Sylph Defender

I have an idea for a new sylph. Sylph Defender: Element Metal.
Looks like a Shield or heavy armor.

Sylph Skills: Iron Gauntlet (Similar to Archers Armor piercer)
Shield Lock (Increase's PDF and MDF)
Brass Knuckle (PATK dmg and lower enemy DEF)
Defender's Block (Heal HP small amount %of dmg recived)
Mirror Shield (Deals % of dmg back to attacker)
Steel Rain (PATK % all enemy's)

This is just a basic description, what do players think about this Sylph?
I would like some feedback and encorage others to add ideas to this Sylph.

suggestion section is good in a way, but people should really start thinking realistic, some things are never even be considered
