Right now, no. But even Necro 30 wasn't possible for a lot until Hercules came out. Once patches come, so does the ability to get further in current content. (highest BRs in china are already in the 1mil region)

Or 500k balens to add attempts and skip cooldown, unfortunately balens these days are over hero`s BR in some cases ..

With a limit of 1k attempts that you can add (and is there a limit to increasing cooldown?) if your stats aren't high you won't even be able to cash "end" bosses of god (whatever end level may be)

Well a smart guy with 70k br wont use balens to add attempt, but others with high br will do. As of increasing cooldown i dont think there is, you may add as many as you want.

I suppose with infinite cooldown additions even a weaker player could reach end level... if they want to spend that much.
