my question isnot related to your thread , but i wanted to know if there is a way to change the sylph in sylph arena , i got 1 weak sylph in the formaiton of 3 , how can i replace it with other sylph which is vacant ??

Go into sylph arena, and down the bottom right there is a big BLUE button that says formation. Click and move the sylphs around til you're happy with the formation.
