Doesn't seem like a good implementation to me. It's supposed to be rare, not a "oh you beat 10 levels, here's your upgraded sylph".

I do think there needs to be more star sand obtaining!

I have enough star sand to convert three sylphs, at the rate i am going collecting shards it will be 4 months before i can convert a sylph
However if i could convert my tears i could get a refined sylph and continue to compete, as it stands now this is one of the reasons that i am considering other gaming options. Its hard enough to compete when you can't pay like the big boys, but with rumors of sylphs instead of troops for classwars, Nah, there has to be a cheaper game out there that is just as fun
