I think if i dont remember wrong it rise me 5 god lucky charms per lvl.

It's 5 for level 3, 10 for level 4, 20 for level 5 and so on.

if my memory is good, from what i've read, you need 5 GLC to have 100% succces making a lvl3... the double every +lvl but you can't use FC with GLC at the same time, you can only use GLC when is lvl 2 wing with lvl2 aings and so on.. FC are good to Synth lvl2 since the succes rate is 100%.
