A nice idea, but not for now. Now, they need / want to milk the cashers.
Also, if they did it now, all those cashers would get pis.sed and stopped cashing after having noticed that free players can get the same things so quickly.
That's the idea of cashing in games - to have an advantage over those who don't cash.
