if he is in lowest level bracket of circuit quests he will not have to fight sylphs and it could take 20 mins

no need to change game we can kidnap person that create events (since they wont fire him extreme measures are required)....so better can replace him (if he turn out to be bad to we kidnap him to until events get better) ...finally when they get better we release kidnaped people

this event is worst of all I will be lucky if I get 12 beams for FC
