Please check into my guide it might help u reduce lag on ur side as much as possible
Also i recommend u download a registry cleaner if my steps don't help
just get an offer one run a full scan and maintenance let it do the whole thing then once its done make sure u do what ever it recommends even deleting info (some info can be harmful so best is to do as it says)
once its done that ur PC is in peak condition then after the offer ends just delete it (remove it from ur PC)

How to remove

step 1 delete the program

step 2 go to programs and features in control panel and right click on the program u want to remove then click uninstall and wala its done

Maybe its an issue with your connection / computer. Some people don't have lag, I do have lag. But I'm playing on a 6 year old laptop :@
