I can do nirvana nm at 110K BR without any problems, that BR i reached after one year of playing, so it won't take you long to reach sufficient BR to beat that mpd.
the gear i am using now is 70 jewels and rings legend and 60 gear legend
my defenses are: 18500 mdef and pdef, refined goddess blessing level 8 and 115K Hp.

I was like 120k when i level up to 80 and i had no problem with tanking the last boss. If 120k knight is able to tank then others don't need to be that much, but for the last boss party have to be strong because if dmg is too low boss uses 1000% buff.
