Get rid of attack ability in Atoll

Why can you even attack in atoll? It's an annoyance and serves no function. Get rid of it.

actually it serves a nice function and that is to remove characters on a sylph bot, is that why you have issues with it??

We have a few problems with members from a certain guild constantly attacking people in Atoll. If you reenter they attack you again. It ends up having to escort while people try to capture sylphs.
