Just wanted to post something on "In-game luck".
Well to start with, luck in real life is a totally un-controlable thing.
You cannot do anything about it to change it...
However, a game is created & so is its 'luck'
Randomness is never pure in games. By pure, I mean d bound by which randomness is generated.
Why Randomness, because it is your luck in the game..
Things like astral, cards, guild blessing, blessing wheel, jewel hunt, event items are all based on the random value u generate whilst u activate them
SO in order to get lucky, u need to get a hold on this "random value" in game
Of course there are no direct ways to get it, but with some trial and error you can figure out how the randomness can or will work in your favour.
For eg, to generate randomness u need a upper bound and a lower bound, so that the variable that represents randomness can be held withing the game's data structures
This random value is also affected by your actions. The actions are of course not disclosed, but i suspect the Whack the mouse during loading screen is one such factor to generate the randomness.
I do not have any concrete evidence about it, but just personal experience that a score below 500 always seems to give me better astrals(3-6 yellow @ 2-3mil)
and a score above 1000 gives me very bad astrals(0 yellow @ 2-5 mil)
The same applies to the event items too
So in order to better understand how the undisclosed things work here, i request every player to check how the fare in game with diff scores @ loading screen
or post any other such phenomena, that you may have noticed or felt..
