We need an event for collecting the required material for sylph refining for dark and light. The divinity shards is taken care of but how about Star Sand and Star Tear. Most of us used them on refining the previous sylphs and would like a chance to get them again for refining light/dark sylphs. Something like the Big Spender event with those as rewards in it, from last month.
