Why a bug? Depends on the timer accuracy. If it's rounded to miliseconds, this can very rarely happen.

No. That happened with me last night. We both toppled over. Me from the huge Hercules delphic and him from my Deflection. I won and got the first blood. He only got mad and tried again.
