2. Guess at what ever level you are.
3. Look in Blacksmith/Synthesize/Item/Majestic Stingray Card. That's what you get for 1200 Mystery Stones. Don't know if there is anything else, but that's what I could find...

Lvl is any but to activate the card you need stables open

1. They're used to synthesize the Majestic Stingray, a +30 permanent Mount.
2. You can probably synth it at any level, but you need to be level 40+ to use it.
3. The only thing I have found is the Mount, not sure if they will be used for anything else.
4. It costs 1200 Mystery Stone & 100,000 Gold. You can find it at the Blacksmith -> Synthesize Tab -> Item Section (Toward the Bottom).

Nothing that is why they are called Mystery Stones!!. No actually if you want to waste three months of solid monster hunts you may get a majestic stingray from blacksmith synthesizing.

True it is there. I have 125 so far. There is also a mount for the jewel hunt shards - a civet
