I want to know if their is a solution when a guild master not showing online for a week without telling any1 about it. Can we name a new GM or kick him?

I've been in a guild abandoned by the guild master before. Election is triggered in 7 days of not logging in; election starts at 10 days. When it happened to my old guild, the voting function was broken and by the time R2 got around to responding to the ticket, an assistant guild master was already given the title. Not sure how the choice is made when none of the guild is able to vote...Comment
