China's BR thingy shows sylph BR + player BR (for cosmetics) too. So their 200-250k br players often have similar stats to our 150kish players. So yes, comparing is pointless.

I fought him in BG a few weeks ago when he was level 74 and 190k BR. He cried when I used stun on him to beat him and kept attacking me whenever he had the chance for the rest of the BG.

The "New Goku" has more HP then me; while i have "level 80" set and he has "level 60" set. Think he will gain 30k-40k more Br.
But its pretty impressive to have such a massive Br for a player who has level 60 set.
I know when you cash nothing is impressive, but still
