have a system where guild leaders can be awarded points for helping guild members do low level mpd. Or votes for advice helping new players. Something that promotes the game and helping lower level players, players with low battle rating etc. you will need something to avoid ballot stuffing but you will be the first game i know of to support guild leaders.
