So once it was out that titles would accumulate BR, the response from the higher BR people on our server was to roam around the wilds and kill everything they saw. The result is all the lower BR members got screwed because they couldn't find any monsters. We even had one player you could set your clock by - logging in right at the monster change time.
I guess you could argue that this will only be a temporary problem but please think through the consequences of the changes you make. Personally I would change the title to BR so that it updates - first you get a certain amount for killing lvl 60 boss, then if you accumulate enough 70 lvl kills it upgrades to the new one - not add it on. That way there is no need for lvl 80 players to run around killing lvl 40 monsters they cant get rewards for anyway.
