question about advanced runes

anyone knows the max level of those? i've seen 50% healing and 5 att, but 2 different answers about guardian (both 70% and 85% reduce). I am more interested in the blood rune though if anyone knows

healing rune max is 50% 4 attempts. guardian should be 70% 2 rounds but i dont have myself, its what a guild member told me.
