why is the bg does not work? why so long to resolve?

Every gaming company has a few people working on the weekend no matter what, unless you are trying to say that if the servers went down on a saturday we would need to wait until monday for a fix

those are called skeleton crew

mainly composed of people that's not as experienced or knowledge about equipments and such.


Funny thing is... the problem started on Friday, just before Weekend.

But it looks like they just decide to give out a Comp and hope the game fixes itself and just left the company to enjoy their weekends while leaving it to the poor skeleton crews that doesn't have the resources to fix this by themselves.
