ya, exactly.... every single time it's like this. Kinda makes me feel like paying several months for VIP is worthless. Look at all the stuff the chinese server gets. We get it all taken away because they want us to remain weaker for longer. And yet, since everything was removed from our version, we can't do the content like it was designed. Even the top 4 players on our server can't do GoD and 3 of them are mages.

R2 Games = Money > Quality of Game. I reported a bug weeks ago, still not fixed. I asked if I could get my balens back cause the game used them without asking they said no. The game lacks ton of content so they can bleed you dry now then bleed you dry more when they release more, which is an awful personality to have in a company. VIP is a joke besides experience gain, a huge freaking joke. Oh my castle is pretty, OMG VIP wheel, more like a wheel of trash for you to throw out for them. Items that should be cheaper? Expensive. Items everyone should have or be obtainable? Money. Class balancing? Nah, pay money to get stronger or go play that class and sacrifice any money you may have spent already. Double the profit! They don't even answer my tickets as if they read them.

Random (but not actually happened) Example: Hey I can't log in.
R2Games: Visit the website to log in!!!
Response 2: Yeah I know that. I can't log in.
R2Games: Use the log in system to play the game!
and I normally give up on the 2nd time they ignore the point of my ticket.

I love the game in terms of what the game could be, but I don't like the company treating it like a money grabbing bed rest.
