What does this Astral Effect 1 % mean there is no explaintion about what it does ?

You also get a new slot to enhance every 10 levels. I went from Imperial to Sacred Dragon and now have 6 astral slots I can refine. Just FYI.

I know it sucks. Least done with 80 set now so 90% of gold goes on it, so about 15-20mil a day.
