about refining mounts

i was refining the guinea pig and got a blessing while doing so, reaching 1 star (out of 3) and +30 in the second star. However i cant upgrade it to 2 stars
Anyone knows if there is some kind of requirment to refine 2+ stars?

What do you mean you can't upgrade it? What happens? Could you screenshot it? I don't know of any requirements.

I think it depends on your dragon soul/class rank, so if his DS or rank is really low might be why he can't.

yes it is, but because of the blessing i already got 30 points in it

It is more efficient to lvl them all to lvl 1 first anyway
