Incorrect, I received one from Buradoth's Grave today. I started trying a couple days ago after a friend said he got 3 in one day. Today was my first in solo dungeons since last patch though. Drop rate is really bad.

it seems the maintenance are now the tuesday and no more the thursday
but except for that, it's still 1 maintenance a week

depends on what they mess up, could end up maintenance tuesday then thursday to fix tuesday lol
