None of the above, they are commercial and most money comes from the American servers

So what? You don't compete with people on US servers or Oceanic servers. So what's the big deal? Nobody you compete with (i.e. players on European servers) gets stronger during that time either - you're not missing out on anything. Take a chill pill.
