How does this event make any sense? You have to use holy water in incriments of either 4 for blue (this is silly because blue has no stats to refine) or 18 for purple. SO to get an even number of collection a person has to use 90 waters and will get 15 back, for a raitio of for every 6 you get 1 back. This ratio is indeed comparison to the normal 18 use 3 get back. However, having to use 90 for even collection is rather silly an further proof management doesn't play the game .
