I was locked out of my account all day Satruday March 5 for no reason other than being verbally abused by a group of players the week before. This after I sunk 1 million into the game over 2.5 years of playing. r2games don't care what you give them they only do what pleases them

The winning mount was my design. The initial rewards promised I would receive my own mount plus 500 beast soul. This was also repeated in the voting thread too.

Seeing the mount appear in game and getting no rewards I sent a ticket to support.
After many days and a second ticket I was told I would receive the rewards in mail but today I have been given 1000 beast souls and 1000 balens, but not my mount.
It also doesnt appear to feature in the mount shop.

Can I have my mount please?
