They gave compensation but did not fix bug in event.

and each day u check in u get only 5 pts and only n 5th day u can get 20 pts.

Yep, I would if it wasn't grayed out like it shows in my screen shot. I'd send in a ticket, but sure everyone knows how well that works out.

this was the worst event overall ive ever seen,
pathetic daily logon rewards.
thanksgiving gave a mount.
christmas gave rubbish. good luck next year.

this is stupid time. what about is players from asia pacific region that is 3am to 5am starting time for most time zones in our area. events should be time based for world time since your servers cover the world zones and not just EST servers

Seems Santa's Little Helper has broke - am told it worked for 30 mins today but then stopped.
Not showing at moment.
guess someone read my post as it started again LOL.

LOL got sled showing - but when clicked on says system error - what a joke !
Does not show for days then when it does you cannot collect.

Update: they switched off the event again. LOL.
Restarted and got unhappy dog but that also has system error when clicked on.
So I guess they don't want us to finish that event.

again an event full of bugs, trying to collect the sled and reindeer on event page for points and it gives system error...

yeah, now system error on sleigh and reindeer... can we ever get an event that works from beginning to end??? just give everyone the rewards that they could have gotten, and be done with it.
