  • [Maintenance Notice] Wartune Weekly Maintenance 06/01 04:00 AM EDT

Wartune will be having a Maintenance on Thursday, the 1st of June at 04:00 AM EDT (01:00 AM PDT, 08:00 AM GMT, and 16:00 PM GMT +8) for all servers.

Maintenance is expected to take approximately 1 hour but could be shorter or longer. Please keep an eye on this thread for any updates or changes.

Please be aware that Astrals Captured, but not claimed or sold will be lost during maintenance. If you have Astrals left unclaimed, please claim them before maintenance starts. Please log out as well before the maintenance to avoid data loss. We'll make another announcement if the maintenance is extended due to unexpected issues. Thank you.

    Note:
Considering the various bugs such as ranking/Hot Event resets and Dimensional War reward issues that may result due to the maintenance, we’ve prepared the following compensation for all servers involved:
    1,000,000 Gold
    1,000,000 Daru
    Extreme Stamina Potion x1
Lvl. 2 Bonus EXP Scroll x1
    Double Honor Scroll x1
    Adv. Mahra x20
    Adv. Sepulcrum x20

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your support! See you all in-game!

It's now 8.14am and no messages about server going down as yet. Maybe one week you will get the time right!

GMT time never changes in the UK we are on GMT+1 at the moment so the time posted is right so the servers go down at 09:00am

Does anybody there actually understand what GMT is ?

Server was down well before 8am GMT which, by the way, is NOW.

That's 9am local time ( BST ) ....... my server was down well before that, therefore the time posted is either wrong , or somebody tripped over and pushed the button too early.

Sorry EricIsKing, the forum is kind of a little broken. The time at the very bottom of the forum tends to jump forward and backwards about 15 minutes every couple of minutes, it's done this for over a year now. Your posts are time stamped according to that time. If you post while the time is jumped forward, and then post again when it's jumped back to normal, your posts will be out of order. If you reply to someone who's time jumped forward while yours is normal, then the posts will be out of order. The only way to prevent posts from being out of order is to make sure your computer's clock is past the last time stamped on the last post. Just quote the person you are responding to, and most people will follow along just fine even if they are all out of order. Duplicates can be avoided by closing the tab after submitting a reply instead of the leave/stay buttons on the pop up.

It was not forgotten. There's servers getting the 7.0 pre-patch this week, so everyone else just gets a normal maintenance.

It's rarely ever 1 hour. That line use to say expect 3-4 hours. No idea why they changed it back to say 1 hour. It's almost always longer than 1 hour, and rarely longer than 4.

It's not that nobody has bothered to fix it, it's just part of a very long chain of things that needed to be fixed before it can be addressed. The time issue is a sync conflict between vBulletin and the host server, which started out as just a few minutes, but took me half the year to figure out exactly what was going on so I could properly report it. It's only been in the last few months that it's gotten as bad as 15 minutes. The stay/leave pop up is a side effect of the time sync issue. We've come a long way already, there was a lot of behind the scenes stuff broken that's been getting fixed, there's just a handful of super inconvenient issues left, which hopefully will be fixed this month.

Oh please ! ......be honest, more than a year to fix a problem is poor, very poor, by any standards !
