I've spent total of 10.000+ Balens till 21/12 23:59

most of them was spent a fill minutes before event ends and I just received the reward by spending 3.000 Balens, please repair this inssue.

Correct reward:

10000+ Balens: 600,000 Gold, 400,000 Daru, Crypt Key x8, Soul Crystal x100, Socketing Rod x8, HP Pack x5 and Skeleton Key x10

I dont know why some (I am waiting myself as well) dont recieve their promo's and/or events but this is the reason why I dont spend more than 20$ on these. You never know for certain whether you will recieve what you deserve. Chargebacks are possible (as sadly done above), but realise if you do that, you risk loosing your char.

The best is just to see it as a bonus. No bonus? No harm done. A bonus: Great. Ofcourse if I dont get the rewards for one event, I am only doing another event, if I really want/need the item I spend my $$$ on. Never do an event just for the event.

For example, I needed wings, so I waited for an event to give me an extra bonus. So far I didnt got the bonus, but I needed the wings anyways so .. and yes I did recieve the wings.
