The fact that it takes them hours to do maintenance tells you they don't even have the sense to have a development server environment. A real company would have the development servers patched and tested then deploy to production servers all of which could take place in minutes during the dev to production transition. But that's expected from a company trying to squeeze blood from a turnip ie more coding to a flash based game. Poor hosting ... poor programming .. poor patch deployment... new slogan should be - 7Roads : "7 years and still trying to fix the broken arena start button!" lol
