On June 18th at 12:00 PM GMT (20:00 PM GMT+8), a new European server S901 Stoughstino Hillside will be released.

I mean the announcement for the next euro server should be visible within the next day. Servers usually launch on Thursdays.

About the middle of every month, and then every other month or so will be an additional one at the end of the month. Couple more days, keep an eye on the announcements.
