I synthesed 2x lvl 6 gems and got nothing...I want my rewards

I have done from 1 lvl 6 at 5/2 before first WB in Europe server (S19) but didn't get my reward till now !?
So I have to open ticket for it?

i did log out n log in for several times and nothing pop in mailbox.

Additional Information: Rewards are given out each time a player meetings the requirement. So if you Synthesize four Level 6 gems, you'll get the reward for it four times. Rewards should arrive via the in game mail the moment you meet the requirements. That said, we're aware that its bugged, and the Devs are currently looking into it to find the issue and get it resolved. When we have more information, we'll let you know.

Bought scroll and created gem lvl 6 MATK yesterday after last boss... did not received reward... can you please fix that quick and give me my reward? I want create more gems lvl 6 an 7 but wont pay for next scrolls if I cant get rewards.

i synthesized a lvl 6 gem just after reset and sent in a support ticket with a screenshot...it's almost 10 hours later no word from them and no reward

Still no reward after 24 hrs.

I have just synthesized a lvl 6 hp gem..... over an hour ago, where is my reward? I have refreshed several times as well as relogged in and out of account.

people should learn how to read all... they said event is bugged and that they're looking into it. So just have a little patience

I've synth a lvl 6 gem yesterday and haven't gotten reward yet either but have faith in them they'll fix it like they did with pays to consume event

lol yes and let that be a warning to the players that rushed out and synthed the gems in their armour and weapons, to try and do well in the contest.... its not always a good idea....
