remove only R2 cookies,they are things that u get from webpages u visit,so if u go on the same web pages again it will be faster,it is recomended to delete cookies time to time

UPDATE 5: So much for another two hours. However, we are in a testing phase after another round of fixes. So long as everything pans out, servers should come back up.

Server should be up in a few mins, but maybe down for longer.
