Ok for some reason i cant play on my server anymore... S134 faycliff... since the maintanence... i have two characters on there so i tried playing with both... but the loading screen froze at 12%... and ahsnt moved since then... yet i can go into any other server and make new charcter and play as if nothing happend... can u help me

The skill's description is pretty clear: "Deals 120% damage to a single front row target and converts 50% off damage dealt to HP regen".....
Where the hell do you see the mention "up to"?
