Look at the events for your server, all new server have a similar event to this one. Which is prob. why you arent getting this.

Am relly hops them include this events for lifetime.

Am succe to be elite hero with out use balans. But for people some spend balans at world boss coming feel them get something else that just gold and daru for the mony them put at world boss.
