Well not exactly free. lol Although for VIP users it is an extra bonus to being VIP, you still pay for the VIP. lol

already have vip and plan on keeping it because its a lot more effective and helpful then buying balens. so the new mount will help me a lot and save me from having to buy a 20 dollar mount in shop with balens.

nice to have something that saves me money in this game for once.

i don't believe what they are saying either, but just saying there's a difference between the two wheels. He would need to be careful though, if they have found a link to get in while they are bringing in the new patch, they should report it, not exploit it.
