Not everyone plays game from same PC everyday mostly because they don't own PC or play from public computers (look it up if you don't know what that means) so they don't have local storage to keep back up. Posting it on forum is easy way to get it when needed. Online storage (I hope you know what this means).

You really need to get a clue, there's a difference between taking a screenshot in order to be safe from mishaps like this, and posting it on the forum for no reason what so ever.
I know a fair amount of people who have taken screenshots and have now sent them to customer support.
There was never a need to take a screenshot of your toon and post it HERE.

OMG winlord your brain is on "offline" mode? How can you blame a player coz he doesnt have SS. Did anyone told him to take a SS for the event? Actualy is "screenshot/SS" even present in the first post? No...it's "automatic" word. Dev's can check the system logs to see if player qualifyed or not for any rewards. But again...player's fault coz he didnt made a SS and problem solved.
