another thing about capping talents. I am lvl 60 and got talent cap of lvl 10 seal, and can not lvl up further. BUT I JUST MET IN BG lvl 61 ppl and he stunned me to the kingdom come. How can he gets higher lvl seal and stunned me, while I was capped at 10 and have to go to lvl 63 for futher seal lvl. Please someone explain this. and tell me this is fair game playing. #@$*&^
