I really hope it starts at least one day before CW otherwise I'd be missing 20 loids lol..
My guess is that they won't make it while pays to consume lasts, or possibly at the last day of it since they want people to spend money on the boxes first.

I said could, obviously your intelligence didn't grasp the nature of the statement or comment i left. I'm not trying to get anything free, those things are given by them or earned. So why not allow it to be used for everything of course at a increased price, it could promote people to likely spend more considering they would feel less like they've got to pay. Which if you have any marketing skills or intelligence, the more you provide or give ability to acquire though means other then spending. The more the player/consumer is likely to actually spend.
