Every 5 levels of Fate you get a new ring, her's is lvl 5, I have lvl 10 which is more shiny. 15 even more, but have yet to see someone with lvl 20 fate ring.
It's cosmetic, but handy in BG to scare people .

1 level = 100 atak
1 level = 1.000 hp
