well technically that is what rune stones costs if you look where you can buy runes int he upgrading so you pretty much payed to upgrade a rune

I am an extremely low casher. I just have VIP and level 1 wings. But I saw this promotion really nice, only 19 balens, so lets try. And then I need 49 balens more (that is said absolutely nowhere). I feel completely deceived, so this is my last time I spend 1 $ in this game. I dont mind them having big prices, or having no chance against cashers. All that is normal and its a business. But this is deceitful publicity. So I am totally done with this game and wartune, I dont trust them anymore. So I will not spend a cent, because they seem to do whatever they want whenever they want
