Anyone lvl 70+ that isn't decked out in full 80 gear.

with tok nm you should be screaming plz take vault lvs to 9999 as insig should not be an issue for most.and if you played smart you should be rdy for 80 gear long before you get to lv 80 only 16k crypt tokens.but then again what do I know?

60% of the prizes are good, but your odds of getting them are not 60%. more likely it's 40% low insignia, 40% low soul crystal, and 5% high sig/crystal, 14% gem pack (1%level 3), and 1% clothes
